MONDAY COMMUNITY SPINNING CLASS 🚴🏻♀️

🇩🇪🇦🇹🇨🇭 Der Elternabend kam gut an. Jetzt rollen alle Singles, Vergebene, Pärchen, Eltern, Bonus-Eltern - ja, auch Hunde- und Katzeneltern 😍 selbst ihr, deren Bikes eure beste Freundin oder bester Freund ist, gemeinsam jeden Montag 18:30 Uhr mit Gummiband bei der COMMUNITY SPINNING CLASS in die neue Woche. Egal ob Cinderella oder Gladiator, hier passen alle rein und alle bleiben zusammen. Community und gemeinsames Spinning sind unser Fokus bei diesem Ride.
Latejoin ist bis 19 Uhr möglich und natürlich könnt ihr jederzeit vor 20 Uhr die Session verlassen, ganz wie es euch zeitlich passt. ✌🏼 Lasst uns nebenher im Chat schnacken und vielleicht das ein oder andere intensivere Spinning Intervall treten. Wenn das nicht in den Plan passt, fallt ihr natürlich auch nicht aus der Gruppe. Wir nehmen alle mit.
Good2know: Unser Ziel ist ein offener Raum für alle, unabhängig von Geschlecht, Alter oder Orientierung: zum Pedalieren und Verbinden.
Denn hier zählt: Jede:r ist einzigartig – gemeinsam sind wir bunt und laut und treten Watt! 🌈🚴♂️💖
👕 Alle Absolvent*innen der SPINNING CLASS erhalten das KLUB Kit in ihre Zwift Garage.

🌎🇬🇧🇺🇸 The parents' evening was well received. Now all singles, those in relationships, couples, parents, bonus parents - yes, even dog and cat parents 😍 even you, whose bikes are your best friend - roll into the new week. Rubberbanded together every Monday at 6:30 PM CET in our COMMUNITY SPINNING CLASS. Whether Cinderella or Gladiator, everyone fits in here and everyone stays together. Community and communal spinning are our focus for this ride.
Late joins are possible until 7 PM CET and of course, you can leave the session anytime before 8 PM CET., whenever it suits you. ✌🏼 Let's chat and maybe do a more intense spin interval or two. If that doesn't fit into the schedule, you won't be dropped from the group. We're including everyone.
Good2know: Our goal is an open space for everyone, regardless of gender, age, or orientation: for pedaling and connecting.
Because what matters here is that everyone is unique – together we're colorful and loud and kick ass! 🌈🚴♂️💖
