DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
* 5 laps on the Watopia Seaside Sprint Circuit (~3.9 miles per lap)
* Total distance (including .9 mile lead-in): ~21.4 miles
* 887 feet climbing
* Target average pace 1.8 w/kg
* Sprints as designated by Zwift on every lap with full recovery after each sprint. "Full Recovery" means that the pack waits for everyone to regroup after the sprint unless any dropped riders wave you off.
* Last lap is ALL OUT if so desired
* No rubberband
* Late Join is enabled which means you can join up to 30 minutes late
* Voice communications between riders will be on Discord (click the "Helpful Tips" link above for more information about using Discord. Click the "Discord" link above to be transported to the Riverside Cycles Discord server)
