Warm up. Build watts. Race hard! Join us for a fast-paced group ride starting steady at 1.8 w/kg, ramping to 3.0 w/kg before a final all-out race. Under 60 mins, no fence—just smooth teamwork, friendly competition, and stronger legs at the end. All grades welcome.
We kick things off with a steady warm-up, then gradually build our peloton speed and power before unleashing a final race segment where friendly competition is encouraged! Along the way, we share tips and tricks to help improve your racing game, no matter your grade or experience level.
We change up the route weekly based on your favourites to keep it current and interesting!
