DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
* 5 laps on the Watopia Seaside Sprint Circuit
* Total distance (including lead-in): ~21.4 miles
* 887.5 feet climbing
* Target average pace 1.8 w/kg
* Sprints as designated by Zwift on every lap with full recovery after each sprint. "Full Recovery" means that, immediately after a sprint is over, the pack waits for everyone to regroup unless any dropped riders wave you off.
* Last lap is all out if desired
* No rubberband
* Late Join is enabled which means you can join up to 30 minutes late
* Voice communications between riders will be on Discord. Tap the "Helpful Tips" link (above, right) for tips on how to use Discord during one of our virtual rides. Tap the "Discord" link (above left) to be taken directly into the Riverside Discord Server.
