DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
TBR Tempo in the Hills is exactly that. 75-90 mins at a tempo pace of 2.8-3w/kg on the flats and 3.5w/kg max on the group climbs.
There are optional sprints, a race climb and awesome regroups. We do our best to look after all riders on a variety of challenging hilly courses. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, but be prepared to work hard 'cause there are no junk kilometres here.
We don't use the fence for this ride. All riders should exercise self-control and respect the ride leader by riding with the yellow beacon at all times. Your co-operation helps us provide everyone with a fun, supportive and inclusive ride.
