DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
The Cycle Gym Training Rides are all about improving you as an all round cyclist. When time is short, 1 hour of a lifted intensity is going to improve your strength, power and endurance.
These sessions will suit the C riders or the D riders looking for a challenge.
We aim to take you through a 1 hour session which will encourage you to use all of your different muscles. We will work on high cadence, low cadence, sprints, endurance, hills so that you come away a more all rounded rider.
Some weeks it will be on a specific type of training and others it might be a mixed bag.
We will do a 10-15 minute warm up at a 2.0w/kg pace and then we will get into the main session. I will vary the length of sets and also recovery time, giving you notice via text on the event module or on our discord channel. https://discord.gg/gFGC44mOpens a new window
We call these wolf pack rides because the person is only as strong as the pack and the pack is only as strong as the person!
We stick together, we support each other, we don’t leave anyone behind and we howl to the moon every time we do something awesome!
