PROMOTION PERIOD: The Zwift Canyon//SRAM Jersey Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins on March 29, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT“) and ends on April 4, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period“).
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to individuals, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry and possess a web-enabled mobile device as of March 28, 2024 (“Entrant”). Professional athletes [defined as individuals that have been paid or have held a professional license by a regulatory governing body within five (5) years of the start date] or employees of Zwift, Inc. (“Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners and prize suppliers (collectively, “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Individuals who have won previous versions of this Promotion or who have won a prize in any Zwift promotion within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to win. Void in all Countries embargoed by the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, locate the Canyon//SRAM Promotion Post located on the @gozwift Instagram, Facebook, Threads or X (formerly Twitter) accounts. Like the Promotion Post, follow the @gozwift and @wmncycling account on the platform in which you are entering and within the comments section of the Promotion Post answer the question/prompt provided to earn one (1) Entry (“Entry”). You may earn one additional Entry by also tagging one (1) friend or family member’s same account on the platform you are using for Entry and adding the hashtags #watchthefemmes and #sweepstakes to your Entry (“Bonus Entry”). To enter the Sweepstakes, you must have an Instagram, Facebook, Threads or X account and as applicable, have your account settings set to public and not private. Accounts can be opened for free by downloading the respective applications from the Apple store or Google Play or by visiting http://www.instagram.com, http://www.x.com, http://www.facebook.com or https://www.threads.net and a compatible mobile device may be required.

Limit one (1) Entry and one (1) Bonus Entry per person through the Promotion Period, regardless of method of Entry. Collectively, Entries and Bonus Entries will be referred to as (“Entries”). Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Whether an entrant is eligible to participate in the Promotion is a determination made in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may void and render ineligible any entrant that Sponsor determines in its sole discretion to have violated or attempted to violate or subvert the Promotion Official Rules or applicable policy, rule, law, or regulation. Entrants who submit multiple Entries in excess of the Entry limit may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and any additional Entries made by the same entrant are void. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal phone/data and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Standard data rates may apply. This Promotion and the awarding of the prizes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta, Facebook, Threads or X. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram/Meta, Facebook, Threads or X.
The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or unintelligible Entries, which will be disqualified, or lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s mobile device/computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with entrant’s social media account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winning entrant(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Entries will not be judged.

Entry Requirements:
By submitting an Entry, you agree that your Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. In addition, you agree that, by submitting an Entry, you grant to Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute, and display each submitted Entry in any media, and with right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom, and agree to execute documents confirming such right and license at Sponsor’s reasonable request. By entering, you understand that your Entry will be screened by the Sponsor and may be posted online or featured in Sponsor’s social media channels or other advertising, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be viewed by members of the general public for public viewing. By entering, each Entrant warrants and represents that his/her Entry is original, has not been previously published or won any award, does not contain any material that would defame or otherwise violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including patents, copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity, and will not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and unfettered discretion to disqualify any Entry that it believes does not comply with these Official Rules or that is not consistent with the spirit or theme of the Promotion. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules will be disclosed.
RANDOM DRAWING: The winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about April 10, 2024 from among all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. By submitting an Entry, Entrants agree that the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1): A CANYON//SRAM cycling jersey. ARV: $138.95 USD. First Prize (1): A Zwift merch bundle including water bottle, towel and hat. ARV: $59.00 USD. Any taxes or duties on the prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed, except in Sponsor’s discretion. In the event a prize is unavailable for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to offer a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. The ARV of any prize listed is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of the prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the difference. Limit: one (1) prize per person.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be notified via direct message or the messaging system on Instagram, Facebook, Threads or X and must respond to the message with the requested information within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited and alternate winners may be selected. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and alternate winners being selected. Any prize or prize notification returned as non-deliverable will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited and alternate winners may be selected and notified as indicated above (as each winner must respond in order to win the prizes). Prizes will be delivered to winners within 90 days after winner verification. Sponsor’s decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to the Promotion.
GENERAL RULES: By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By accepting a prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under the Sponsor’s authority may use winner’s name, picture/portrait, likeness, and/or hometown/country, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and Promotion agencies, and their directors, employees, representatives and agents, partners and prize suppliers have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind (including death) to persons, and property damages sustained, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Promotion or any prize-related activity. Usage of the Zwift Service and participation in Zwift Rides/Events is at your own risk. You should not attempt any exercise that is beyond your skill/health level. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Promotion materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and award the prizes from among all eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entry. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information or late, mistranscribed, or delayed or incomplete Entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website/application or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the Entry process or this Promotion; or (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the Promotion or administration of this Promotion or the processing of Entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY ZWIFT WEB SITE OR APPLICATION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of any dispute regarding these rules printed in other languages, the English version of these rules will govern and prevail.
DISPUTES: Entrants/winners agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and solely and exclusively by the United States Federal Court for Long Beach, California USA or the appropriate State Court located in California in the U.S.; Entrants/winners submit to sole and exclusive personal jurisdiction to said courts exclusively in the United States Court for Long Beach, California in the U.S. or the appropriate State Court located in California for any such dispute and irrevocably waives any and all rights to object to such jurisdiction; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrants/winners be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrants/winners hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants/winner or the Sponsor and its agencies in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of California in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules of provisions (whether of the state of California, the United States, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of California in the U.S.
PRIVACY/COMPLIANCE: The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides a number of protections for the collection and use of your personal data. Any personal information that you provide in connection with the Promotion shall be used by Sponsor to administer this Promotion, contact Entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at http://zwift.com/p/privacy. By entering this Promotion, you agree to Sponsor’s collection of personal information and accept their privacy policy. If Entrant authorizes, by opting in, Sponsor may provide Entrant with information relating to products, services and promotions of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor. Participation in this Promotion using the Zwift Service is subject to the Sponsor’s Terms of Service located at http://zwift.com/p/terms. Your personal data/Entry information will be transferred to the United States. Pursuant to EU law pertaining to data collection and processing, you have a right of access to, modification and withdrawal of your personal data.
