Clarity Every Week
The secret to long-term fitness? Small wins, stacked over time. Your Weekly Snapshot makes it easy to track your progress week after week, helping you stay motivated and consistent.
Get After Weekly Goals
A simple, central summary of your rides, showing you how each session stacks up against your goals. Set your own week-long goals using any of these five fitness metrics including kilojoules (kJ), stress points (SP), calories (cal), time, and distance.
You can view and edit weekly goals directly from the fitness tracker and you can also monitor your goal progress in your in-game Ride Report.
Keep Your Streak Alive
Your streak will now be easily visible at the top right of the fitness tracker on Zwift Companion (ZC), making it easier than ever to track your progress. If you don’t have Zwift Companion, now is the perfect time to download it and stay on top of your streak!
Maintain a streak for 12 weeks, and you’ll unlock a Streak Saver—a lifeline for those inevitable off weeks, so your progress never feels lost. If you blaze past it, you're well on your way to showing your Streak Flair.

Find Your Zone
Take the guesswork out of training by using a color-coded zone system, giving you an instant snapshot of your ride. Each color corresponds to a power zone (calculated as a percentage of FTP). Here’s the breakdown:
Grey: Zone 1 - Recovery (Below 60%)
Blue: Zone 2 - Endurance (60 - 75%)
Green: Zone 3 - Tempo (76 - 89%)
Yellow: Zone 4 - Threshold (90 - 104%)
Orange: Zone 5 - VO2 Max (105 - 118%)
Red: Zone 6 - Anaerobic (Above 118%)
Tools to Train
Training should feel empowering, not overwhelming. Zwift’s new Fitness Tracking tools help you take control of your progress with clear, instant feedback. No more second-guessing your effort—just real data that keeps you moving forward.
Training Score
A number that simplifies your progress, making it easy to see the impact of your training over time.
Training Score (top left corner of the fitness tracker) reflects your long-term cycling fitness by averaging your recent training load over time, combining both workout volume and intensity into a single daily number.
As a general rule of thumb, the more consistent you are, the more training you can endure, the higher your score will climb. As you rest and recover until your next activity, it's normal for your Training Score to decrease!
Training Load Status
Feedback that shows you exactly where you stand—whether you're in the sweet spot for progress, overreaching, or in need of recovery. With this knowledge, you can push harder when needed and ease off when it matters most—it's all about balance.
You can find your status at the bottom of the fitness tracker. If you're brand new to Zwift, no worries! You can expect to see a status there at all times, always giving you a nudge in the right direction.
💪 Ready: You're new to training (we don't have data from you yet, so start a ride).
🔋 Fresh: You feel fresh and ready to train (kick-off a training plan, explore our events, or keep things steady with our 24/7 RoboPacers).
📈 Productive: You're consistently challenging yourself and recovering well (you're in the optimal spot with each of your activities contributing productively to your overall fitness).
❌ Overreaching: Your current training load is higher than your body is used to (in other words, too much increase in volume/intensity in not enough time to adapt, so consider an off day or spin-out your next ride).
📉 Detraining: You've had a partial or complete loss of training adaptations (in strength, cardio, etc.) in response to taking time off training or reducing the training volume/intensity.
