Rapha invites you to join the Rapha Cycling Club Captain, Simon Mottram, on a social ride together.
Simon will lead a social ride which also features 3 x 10 minute blocks of effort. Two blocks are 88% of FTP (SweetSpot), sandwiched by a 10 minute 'Free Ride' block, where you can go as hard or as easy as you like - the ideal opportunity to chat.
