Can you take on BIGFOOT? 160km’s or 100 miles,
Come and join us for as long as you like !

Every Sunday 5:30am UK - 4:30pm Sydney

Approx Speed: 38-42km/h
Duration: Approx 4 hrs
W/kg: 2.8 - 3.5

Please stick with the Yellow Beacon as this will allow everyone to enjoy the ride.
After only a few weeks with SAS you will notice improvements in both your fitness and your Sprinting ability plus its great fun!

FTP
We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
