EVENT DESCRIPTION
Cassie will lead this training ride at a basic pace of 2.5 to 3.0w/kg or approx 150-170w for 45 minutes but expect to work much harder for sprints, KoMs, and attacking strategic sections of the course. The principal aim would be to recce the upcoming ZRL course but it will serve as great preparation for any race and training in general.
This ride is suitable for Cat B riders but also for Cat C riders looking for a tough session or Cat A as a base ride with a few intervals. Please respect the pace of the ride, stay close to the leader and watch out for announcements during the ride.
Power-ups are allowed, especially on the harder sections.
