EVENT DESCRIPTION
This workout helps you improve your pedal stroke and ability to produce power comfortably at both fast and slow RPMs. The first block sees you complete the reps at a high cadence and the second block at a slow cadence, while focusing on each part of the pedal stroke.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
