Join the Fondo Friday training series to prepare for your best Zwift Fondo season ever! Fondo Fridays are designed to build your fitness in preparation for tackling each of the three fondo distances. Put in the effort during this training series and you'll be ready to take on both the Zwift Fondo series and your IRL Spring fondos!

Group training events will be available on Fridays begininng December 9th and running the duration of the Zwift Fondo series. Fondo Fridays will conclude in the final week of March prior to the final Zwift Fondo of the season.

Fondo Fridays will feature workouts directly from the Gran Fondo training plan. Most workouts have a duration of less than one hour and will serve to build your fitness in preparation for your chosen Fondo distance. The Gran Fondo training plan is also available on demand in the workout folder, giving you the option to participate with your friends in scheduled Fondo Friday events or on demand when it fits your schedule.

A fondo is a giant group ride, a go-at-your-own-pace event. This mega-event series brings together thousands of Zwifters to complete an epic ride where participants can push themselves toward new goals. New this year, kits will be unlocked based upon completion of each distance. One for Gran Fondo, one for Medio Fondo, and one for Bambino Fondo. You have five months to unlock all three! Choose the distance for you, work your way up, or ride them all each month.
