Tuesday Warm Up Ride1.8-2.2
Ease In, Warm Up, Get Ready to Roll
Join us for the Tuesday Warm Up Ride, the first of two weekly warm-up sessions designed to gently build your pace and prep your legs for the higher-intensity group ride immediately following.
Pace: Starts around 1.8 w/kg, gradually working up to 2.2 w/kg
Average: Targeting ~2.0 w/kg overall
Fence: In use to keep the group tight—we’ll drop it for sprints and segments, but regroup quickly
Ride Format:
Smooth progression: we start easy and build gradually
Expect occasional surges on hills (up to ~2.5 w/kg)
Sprints and segment efforts are encouraged—chase those PRs!
Always regroup behind the beacon after efforts
Expectations:
Respect the warm-up focus
Use this as a chance to spin the legs, elevate the heart rate, and find your rhythm
Regroup promptly after any sprint or harder section to keep the pack together
