Time Trial Master and CCC Team Head of Performance Marco Pinotti opens up the pro workout not only for CCC Team's riders but also for you to join alongside Alessandro De Marchi, Francisco Ventoso, Pavel Kochetkob, and Víctor de la Parte. Marco explains the session below!
This aim of the training is to increase our aerobic power and capacity, pushing the FTP power higher.
After the usual preparation ramp and recovery phase, we will alternate 30" at a range slightly higher than FTP power and 30" of active recovery for a total of 5'. After 5' of recovery we will repeat this exercise another two times, before a cool down.
