Welcome to USMeS - Friday Formation 1.8 – 2.2w/kg Ride
Line up, loosen up, and enjoy a ride that lets you have a little fun while keeping it tight. This is a chance to wake the legs, enjoy the group, and set yourself up either for Rapid Fire, immediately after this ride, or to roll into the weekend feeling sharp instead of flat.
Ride it smooth -- ride it smart -- and -- ride it together.
✅ Pace: an average of 1.8–2.2 w/kg
✅ Duration: 60 minutes
Segments are encouraged. We do push on climbs, and when the pace lifts, make your move then fall back in Formation quickly and help keep the group together.
The goal is a clean, organized ride that flows as one... FORMATION!!
