EVENT DESCRIPTION
This ride is designed to get some extra miles in the legs and kick start your fat burning system. To maximise benefits you do this fasted and save breakfast till after you finish or start fuelling as you move into your next workout of the day.
It's a really useful session that can be added to the start of any day and works well if you plan to train later in the day too.
