EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is a workout from the regular monthly FrodissimoFriday series hosted by Jan Frodeno. This is a 75 minute session - the main set consists of three blocks of 6x 30/30 intervals followed by 3 mins at 70.3 pace. 10 minutes rest in between. The efforts are hard, the recoveries are easy! Plenty of time to ask Jan all the questions you have for him.
