A Quick Brown Fox Presents: Thee Abundance Training Series

In partnership with Carmichael Training Systems (CTS), A Quick Brown Fox presents Thee Abundance Training Series one part of Thee Abundance Project that includes this series, Thee Abundance Mini Grant Program, Thee Abundance Micro Grant Program, Team Abundance, and Thee Abundance Summit. The series is open to all and consists of 6 different training rides over the course of 2 weeks leading up to a 90-minute road race on April 2, 2022. A Quick Brown Fox is excited to present this training tool for all who are seeking a structured boost of fitness ahead of the 2022 racing season. Riders are invited to join one of three live training sessions with a CTS coach:

Stephanie Howe - March 21st at 6:00 pm MDT - Power Interval Ladder
Clayton Feldman - March 24th at 9:00 am MDT - Climbing Repeats w/ Accelerations
Madison Russell - March 28th at 9:00 am MDT - SweetSpot Low Cadence Over/Unders

During this session, we will be focusing on Climbing Repeats with accelerations at the end of each interval. You will ride steady at Climbing Repeat power (101-105% of FTP) for 5 minutes, and then finish with a 30 second acceleration at a VO2 max intensity. We'll complete 5 of these intervals with 3 minute recoveries between each interval.
