Join your pace group and get work together towards a specific goal!

A & B - Steady Progressive Run

Start your running week with a steady 8K (5 miles) group run but with a bit of a twist to wake up the legs for harder sessions later in the week. We will start at a comfortable 11.5 kph (7 mph) and increase the pace 0.1 kph every 500 metres (0.3 miles) so the final 500 metres will be at 13 kph (8 mph). The beacon will text instructions as we go.

We suggest you calibrate your foot pod at 12 kph (7.5 mph) for this run.

C - Steady Run 4K (2.5 miles)

Join the Zwift Runners for a steady group run of 4K. We will start at 9.5 kph (5.9 mph) for the first 1.5K (almost a mile), then 10 kph (6.2 mph) for the next 1.5K and finish with the final K (0.6 miles) at 10.5 kph (6.5 mph).

This run is particularly suitable for those who have not yet been able to try a group run but are looking for some runners to run with. We hope to have a beacon for this run for you to follow.

D - Steady Run 3K (2 miles)

Join the Zwift Runners for a steady group run of 3K. We will start at 7.5 kph (4.7 mph) for the first K (0.6 miles) and then do the rest of the run at 8 kph (5 mph).

This run is particularly suitable for those who have not yet been able to try a group run but are looking for some runners to run with. We hope to have a beacon for this run for you to follow.
