We’re focusing on short reps here, clocking in fast intervals that help runners increase their top speed. Short. Sharp. Fast. High-intensity intervals are proven to take your performance to the next level. So lace up and get moving for just 20–30 minutes every Friday before checking out of the office and into the weekend.

Getting started with scored races
