EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Arlington Bicycle Club Saturday Group Ride, indoor version. This ride will take place on Saturdays whenever the forecast or road conditions in Arlington, MA keep the sensible folks among us indoors. Since this is our first try at this, the advertised pace will be a “high D”, meaning between 2 and 2.5 w/kg average. I’m not going to rubber band the group, meaning we’ll need to try to hold the group together on the flats and regroup after hills (just like IRL).
