イベント概要
This Sweet Spot (4 * 6) Oly race efforts session will develop your capacity to work under heavy load. The main set targets Olympic distance race effort. Sweet spot intervals serve a couple of purposes:
1) They approximate Olympic distance race effort
2) They also balance physiological stress vs training effect. Meaning they are great bang for the buck.
Triathletes of all distances can benefit from sweet spot interval workouts to boost FTP and also boost stamina. Integrate them as a quality workout during the week or include longer intervals in your endurance rides on the weekend. Sweet spot interval workouts are meat and potatoes. These can be included in all phases of the training plan. Quick simple and effective. Before you start, turn off ERG mode. You are looking to ride at a 85-95 race cadence. Want more interaction: Peter Helling (Head coach: Startline Coaching) is also inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting so you can hear the coach.
