Time Trial Master and CCC Team Head of Performance Marco Pinotti opens up the pro workout not only for CCC Team's riders but also for you to join alongside Joey Rosskopf and Francisco Ventoso. Marco explains the session below!
Zwift has partnered with INSCYD to provide you with the most advanced tool to analyze your performance. The Power Performance Decoder test protocol will provide you with a full metabolic performance profile. Your performance relies on more than just Anaerobic Threshold (FTP). Other areas to consider include: Aerobic Capacity (VO2max) and Anaerobic Capacity (Vlamax).
This testing should not be carried out immediately after a hard block of training. For better reliability, one or two rest days is ideal.
Make sure your power meter/smart trainer is calibrated.
NOTE: Erg mode MUST be on.
