For this edition of Workout of the Week, we have Josh Sweeney’s favorite Zwift workout. Josh, a two-time Paralympian, and Paralympic gold medalist, is no stranger to sweet spot intervals, and this popular set is one of the most effective ways to improve your fitness—it’s the perfect balance between intensity and volume.
In 2022 Josh completed the 60-mile course at SBT Gravel and was the first-hand cyclist ever to finish the 102-mile route at Rebeccas Private Idaho—all on a handcycle he built. Josh’s achievements aren’t limited to outdoor riding, though—he’s reached level 37 on Zwift, all on a hand cycle!
