Makuri Islands Wandering Flats (2 Laps)

Endurance GROUP RIDE at 2.3 to 2.5 w/kg. Smooth, steady pedaling effort, low heart rate, avoid sprints or hard efforts.

Q&A during the ride. Ask your training, fitness, and race questions.

Do a Group Ride on Saturday of 1.5 to 2 hours and a short, slightly more intense Sunday ride/event each week to compliment this Super Base Training Series.
A great Saturday ride is the Galaxy GXY 75 [2.3-2.7wkg] CAT C ride at 10:45 EST (15:45 UTC) or pick a Pace Partner ride in the 2.2 or 2.8 category.
Sunday look for a more challenging intensity ride or do the Pace Partner at 2.8 w/kg - Just be sure this is not a race or 'race pace' type event.
