ABOUT THIS RIDE
Join Slowtwitch Indoors for this group ride, now in chase format.

The D group will get a 5 minute head start on the C group, which will get a further 5 minute head start on the killer Bs. This ride is double-drafted, and will reward team work to stay together. The goal is to have the groups complete roughly the same amount of distance by the end of the workout.

The D and C groups will utilize the fence until they are caught by the group behind, at which point the fence will be deactivated. Good luck and have fun!
