The LEADERS AVERAGE PACE for this ride will be approximately in the middle of the ride parameters - so this is rider weight / gender dependant. Be prepared to work if necessary.
Come ready for:
Group Sprint Lead-outs and Group Intervals up to 4W/kg
Group Sprints, along with Optional Fence Sprints
Regrouping around the yellow beacon
And plenty of chat

This is a group ride so the focus is “where possible” to remain as a group. Use the draft wisely and EXPECT to ride outside of the ride parameters at times.
