General:
This is a steady progression in wattages. Perfect for easy riders, ones who need to push themselves to the limit, and ones who like to race. Ride starts out easy, almost too easy, and gets harder from there. Most of the time the course is Watopia. Please note, on other courses it will be different and the ride will be shorter or longer.
LOG IN ON TIME.
SELECT TO JOIN OUR GROUP RIDE AFTER LOGIN. OTHERWISE, OUR RIDE IS COUNTER CLOCKWISE FLAT COURSE SO HOP IN!!!!
Leader is "E. Lardinois" should be easy to find.
CALIBRATE YOUR POWER METER
Feel free to open up your wings and fly on the Sprints and KOMS. If you wish to continue riding with us please drop back. In between segments we will move at announced wattages at the beginning of each lap.
This is a tempo ride at 2.0-3.5 W/kg.
Lap 1 is easy at 2.0 w/kg.
Lap 2 is 2.5 w/kg
Lap 3 is 3.0 w/kg
Lap 4 is RACE LAP, HOLD WHAT YOU CAN DO!
Lap 5 OPTIONAL AND IS NOT PART OF THE ITINERARY. Ride leader will cool down and reflect on how cool you guys are that we got a workout in. Pace whatever. 1.5-3.0 w/kg.
