Experience a steady state social training ride with occasional pace up efforts depending on the group. Aiming for an average finishing pace between 2.8wkg and 3.2wkg.

All riders are welcome to this Innovation Cycling Training Ride event as part of the INC RELENTLESS training rides that happen daily focusing on different areas of improvement. Our goal for the event is simple
