It’s time to feel that leg burn!

This January, we’re doing something special. To celebrate our amazing partner Zwift, we’re opening up ALL of our Thursday rides for the entire month, giving everyone a full-month tester of our Training Tier.
Every Thursday in January, you can join our Weekly Live Coached Workout and experience the benefits of structured training, expert coaching, and community motivation for the month.
Our weekly workout rides are designed to push you hard while helping you reach your fitness goals both on Zwift and IRL.
You’ll be coached live throughout each session by Helen Bridgman (our in-house coach) on our PUBLIC Rocacorba Collective Discord, where you can ask questions, get real-time feedback, and find the support you need to dig deep and hit those watts.

Session : Pyramid Double z2-4 - up to 100%

Warm up gradually over 5 minutes to begin with. Then move into a warm up ramp from z2 up to threshold, increasing power every minute. Nice steady cadence for this to really warm you up and get the legs ready to work. The 5 mins riding easy to recover before the main workout begins.

Pyramid session, with 2 times up and down the pyramid, starting at zone 2 and ramping up the effort every 2 minutes. The top effort is at low threshold before you go back down the pyramid. Then spin easy for 5 minutes before repeating the pyramid.

Cadence should be 85-95 during both the ramps.

This sessions aims at building endurance and strength on the bike, plus some resistance to fatigue as the steps down the pyramid will bite a little and we do this twice!
