ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
This tempo workout consists of 2 x 20 minutes at 85% and 90% of FTP interspersed with 15 second hard surges. Hit the surges hard and then try to settle quickly back into a good rhythm at race cadence. This workout will challenge you to keep a strong and steady effort around the surges.

ABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS
Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output, whether you're outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W. Only if you stop pedaling and fall 6 meters behind the group will the rubber-banding stop.
