Rowe & King Coach Led Training
Rowe & King will lead a 12 Week Strength block - so 6 sessions in this block, before we work on Power. We will lead all these rides, giving some specific strength training advice and guidance throughout.

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
