Welcome to another workout in the Zwift Pro Training Camp series. This workout is brought to you by one of the most successful cyclists of all time: Marianne Vos. This TT-specific workout benefits anyone looking to race in any discipline. We will be doing a nice little warm-up and then getting into four, 4-minute blocks just into zone 5.

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
