EVENT DESCRIPTION
20 minute high intensity workout to torch your daily calories. This session is 3 rounds of 60, 45, 30 and 15 second efforts. Each round gets more intense so bring your best effort in the final round.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
