EVENT DESCRIPTION
We'll be riding the Seaside Sprint Route. David is out of town. Elan Sablich will be subbing in as ride leader. Thank you Elan!
* 5 Laps, 21.4 miles total
* Average Pace ~2 Watts / Kg (no rubber band effect)
* Late join is permitted
* Sprints as designated by Zwift on every lap with full recovery after each sprint. "Full Recovery" means that the pack waits for everyone to regroup after the sprint unless any dropped riders wave you off.
* Last lap is ALL OUT if so desired
