EVENT DESCRIPTION
Tuesday Mornings with Coach North
Join our social group ride on Zwift — steady effort, good company, and just enough challenge to keep it interesting.
We’ll ride together through a mix of intervals: some short and sharp, others longer and steadier. It’s about turning the pedals, keeping each other going, and sharing the miles.
Each session runs two weeks in a row so you can ride it once, then ride it again and notice the difference. Little by little, you’ll find the effort feels smoother, the breathing steadier, the legs that bit stronger.
The chat is open, the music is loud, and there’s always room for some laughs along the way. Drop into the conversation, share how it’s going, or just sit in and spin — it’s your ride.
Recovery isn’t just for the legs. It’s a mental reset, too.
⚠️ Important note
• This is a social group ride, not a formal coaching session.
• Everyone rides at their own pace and you join at your own risk. Please ride within your personal limits and listen to your body.
• The leader and club are volunteers and accept no responsibility for injury, illness, or equipment issues arising from participation.
Show up. Spin steady. Grow stronger together. See you on the start line.
