What Is a Critical Power Test?
A Critical Power test is a simple way to measure your current cycling fitness and set accurate training targets.
It involves 2 hard efforts on the bike, 3 minutes and 12 minutes within a structured workout.
3 mins measures your high-end aerobic power
12 minutes measures how hard you can ride sustainably
Together, these efforts calculate your Critical Power a key number used to set training zones, pace races, and track progress through the season.
Challenging, focused, and highly effective.

Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
