EVENT DESCRIPTION
6 laps of the Electric Loop route. First 10 minutes at warm up pace, 2 w/kg. Then on flats between 2.7 and 3.0w/kg and climbs between 3.0 and 3.5 w/kg. 6th lap is the hot lap
