This is a workout from a regular monthly FrodissimoFriday series hosted by Jan Frodeno. This is a 60 minute session - the main set consists of three separate blocks of 1 min intervals. 10 x 30/30 secs at 130% of FTP. The efforts are hard, the recoveries are easy!
