Get your heart rate ready for this winter's Weekly Workout Series of the BIEHLER SYNDICATE. Every Thursday at 7PM CET we offer an exciting workout, from strength trainings to anaerobic power sessions and aerobic workouts. Sweating is included. Our series is tailor made to help you build your FTP over the course of this winter season.

These are group workouts, meaning you'll will be doing the workout tailored to your FTP without getting dropped by the group. Workouts are usually between 45 and 90 minutes sessions.

UNLOCK THE SYNDICATE CLUB KIT
Finish our Weekly Workout event on Zwift and unlock the SYNDICATE club kit in your garage, so you can wear the colors of our cycling club in any other ride on Zwift.
