The leader (yellow beacon) will hold a pace of 2w/kg during the entire ride. Join the leader for an easy ride!
If you want to challenge yourself then try to chase the red beacon during the efforts each lap. Each effort ends at a sprint or KOM banner (different length each lap). The leader will announce the start of each effort.
