Every run builds off the one before it. The adidas TAKE IT FORWARD events highlight 17 years of research invested into a single running shoe. With a design that makes progress feel like something you can chase and catch, the 3D-printed 4D midsole makes your gait feel more like a glide.
Lace up for two steamy group workouts per week as you build up your fitness like the pros. Start sweating August 11.
Workouts will alternate between two unique workouts—MOVE FORWARD and BASE BUILD events—through August 31.
BASE BUILD events are easy training runs designed to improve running economy, overall fitness, and recovery.
EVENT INFO
Each workout is structured differently than our usual group events, which allows you to have more control over your individual efforts. Every interval will be time-based and set up as FREE RUN segments. Which means you won’t be suggested to run a certain speed by the game—the coaches from adidas Runners have suggested a percentage of your MAX effort—so pay attention to the messaging in-game for instructions.
