DESCRIZIONE EVENTO
Dive into Fatigue Fighter—a workout designed to explore the depths of your endurance. The challenge with this workout is a set of 8-minute efforts while already fatigued. The goal of these efforts is to go above and beyond your Functional Threshold Power (FTP). Going over your FTP for these sets shows that you’re building your resilience to fatigue—readying you for long, grueling rides or races.
The short workout is 44 minutes, and the long is 86. Remember, you must complete the long version if you want a shot at the pro contract.
SCHEDULE:
Complete the workouts between November 6 and December 17. We recommend the following schedule: Workout 1, Workout 2, Workout 3, Race 1, Workout 4, Race 2, Workout 5, Workout 6.
