EVENT DESCRIPTION
A structured workout led by ex-professional cyclist, Chris Opie. The Wednesday Workout Session is all about building your FTP via a mixture of Vo2, Anaerobic and sustainable efforts. These sessions are designed to push you, but also to be achievable and constructive to your fitness, fitting in around longer weekend rides and our other sessions.
Our coach led training sessions are a great opportunity to ask our resident experts, our guest riders and our ambassadors anything you like.
