EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is a banded zone 2 fat burner ride. Goal is to ride at your upper zone 2 heart rate to maximize fat burning and increase mitochondria functions there by in turn helps improve your endurance and shuttlling/clearing lactate.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
