For this USA Triathlon ride, you'll work a variety of cadences at a sweet spot effort that stresses your muscular endurance.

It is important to feel comfortable at different cadence ranges, as terrain may require you to vary the rpms to keep your HR and power in check.

Sweet spot efforts will help develop your:
- Muscular endurance
- Threshold power
- Fatigue resistance
