This is a 1 hour Zwift Academy workout that will employ all of your cycling skills! Theia will lead you through 2 sets of: 5x30 seconds VO2 @ 145% and 5 minutes sweet spot @ 85%-90% Enjoy some challenging efforts in a fun group setting. This is great training for your next event or race!
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
