EVENT DESCRIPTION
No big power outputs this week, but be prepared to maintain a 'solid' effort for extended efforts.
Main set is 7x 4-minutes at Sweetspot effort with 2-minutes recovery. The slight twist is that each Sweetspot block is andwiched by 15-seconds just above FTP at the start and finish, to simulate a strong start / finish which may happen (even if not planned!), within a race.
