Hello ladies of Zwift! Come join the Herd ladies as we explore all the flats, hills, and everything in between on this banded ladies only ride.
As long as you keep spinning, at whatever pace you want, we will stay together. Want to tootle along at .5 w/kg? It’s all good. Want to get a high-powered workout in at 3 w/kg? Awesome! You’ll pull us along! Want to do intervals? That works too!
The only time we won’t do a banded ride is when we’re having a sprint practice ride. Otherwise, together we shall stay!
So, grab your favorite drink to Sip and come join us as we Spin further, climb higher and get stronger together!
